Belly casting is a wonderful and unique way of celebrating a birth of a child. I believe in collaborating with my clients to display the unique images they seek as the finished work of art will be one of a kind. I offer a variety of different services, depending on your needs.
A little about the process...
The plaster mold is usually done in the eight to ninth month or pregnancy. The process is easy and relaxing and I can come to you if you are in the San Diego area. The plaster molds take less than an hour and can be cast as the simple belly or with additions that include the mother's face, arms, hands and/or torso. There are a variety of ways of decorating which can include basic one color painting, portraits, collage, mosaic tile and of course most any custom design.
Custom Portraits
I offer custom portraits that capture the personality of you or your loved one for a variety of special occasions including weddings, birthdays and special commerations.
Prices are generally based on the medium of the work, length of the project, number of people in the painting and materials. I will gladly give you an estimate once we have sat down and discussed the work.
